More Than a Pub - A Community Hub
At Ridgecrest Public House, we believe a great neighborhood pub is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s a space where friendships grow, stories are shared, and community thrives. We’re dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
From weekly Run Club and Mom’s/Dad’s nights, to seasonal celebrations and special events, we love bringing people together. We’re always finding new ways to connect with our neighbors, support local businesses, and keep the good times rolling. Pull up a chair, raise a glass, and be part of the conversation. Cheers to community!
Check out our Calendar page for info on what’s happening day to day.
Lace Up & Join Us for Run Club
Where the miles are fun, the pace is friendly, and the post-run beers are well-earned! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, all paces and experience levels are welcome. We hit the pavement together, then celebrate with a cold pint and great company back at the pub. Every Wednesday, rain or shine, 6:30
Meet Your Neighbors
Once a month, come grab a drink and hang out on our back patio hosted by the Ridgecrest Neighborhood Association. Find out more here.
Knit Night
Knit, crochet, felt, darn, sew, quilt, tie flies - all soft crafts are welcome. No experience necessary. Bring your own supplies.
Sundays at 7:00pm
Parents’ Nights
We invite parents to come learn from and with other parents - we can all use a sounding board from time to time. Moms, stop in on Wednesday nights to decompress with other moms. We’ll take a dollar off each drink. Dads, come in on Thursdays to do the same.
RPH x Shorelake Arts
We have put art on our walls for almost ten years. We now collaborate with Shorelake Arts, who moved across the street from us in 2025. They help curate artists and mentor new artists doing their first hangings. We love established artists but also specialize in new artists.
If you’re interested in having your art on our walls, please send 5-10 images or a link to a website with art that is representative of what you’d hang on our walls to info@shorelakearts.org We encourage you to come in at least once to see how much wall space we have, and see the hanging options.
Enrich Your Brain
We have more than three shelves full of various classic and modern games for guests to play while visiting. Some are super easy, some are medium difficult, and some are very, very hard (Metal Mental Meltdown made a grown man cry.)
Next to our games, we also have a modest assortment of classic and oddball books, but we recommend you walk four doors down to Ridgecrest Books and get a really good book from them.
Community Supported Agriculture
From Spring to Fall, Ridgecrest Public House serves as a CSA Box pickup spot for both Songbird Haven Farm and River Run Farm.
Dahlias
Every summer, one of our neighbors grows over 10 varieties of dahlias in his front yard. Weekly, he brings in cuttings to make fresh bouquets that are sold for $10. The money the dahlias earn is then donated to the Shoreline Lake Forest Park Senior Center.
Sponsorships
We believe staying active is one of the ingredients to living a good life, which is why we’re honored to sponsor the Thirsty Turtles summer softball team, Seattle’s Granite Curling Club, and Five Ply Cycling. Have a sport you’re passionate about and looking for a sponsor? Reach out to meetme@ridgecrest.pub for inquiries.
